Is GullyDirectory only for one type of business?
No. GullyDirectory can be used by many types of businesses including retail stores, clinics, service providers, manufacturers, consultants, education centres, and local businesses.
Is listing free?
Yes. Businesses can start with a free listing. Paid visibility options may be added later.

What details can I add?
You can add business name, description, category, country, state, city, locality, address, offerings, business hours, website, social links, Google Map link, and contact details.
Can I add products, services, and solutions?
Yes. You can add offerings under three types: products, services, and solutions.
Can I add multiple locations?
Yes. You can create multiple business listings for different cities and localities under a single company.
Can I clone an existing listing?
Yes. You can clone an existing listing and create a new listing for another city or locality. This is useful for branches or multiple service areas.
Search Queries
How will users find my business?
Users can search by city, locality, and business name.
Is city selection required?
Yes. City is required for search so users can find businesses in the right location context.
Team Access
Can I invite team members?
Yes. You can invite team members to manage your company, listings, offerings, and enquiries.
What roles are available?
MVP roles include Owner, Admin, Listing Manager, and Lead Manager.
Contact & Visibility
Will my phone number be shown publicly?
By default, phone number is hidden. You can choose whether to show or hide it in Visibility Settings.
Can I show my WhatsApp number?
Yes. You can choose whether to show WhatsApp publicly.
Can I hide my email address?
Yes. Email can be hidden or shown based on your visibility settings.
Can I show website & social links?
Yes. You can add website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile links.
Visiting Cards & QR Codes
What is a digital visiting card?
A digital visiting card is a downloadable business card that includes your business details and QR code. Customers can scan the QR code to open your GullyDirectory business profile.
What does the QR code do?
The QR code opens your public business profile on GullyDirectory.
Can I download the QR code?
Yes. You can download the QR code and use it on visiting cards, posters, brochures, packaging, shop counters, and social media.
Business Verification
What is business verification?
Business verification allows you to upload company documents and request a verified badge for your profile.
What documents can I upload?
You can upload GST certificate, Udyam certificate, shop & establishment license, incorporation certificate, trade license, or professional certificate.
Are my uploaded documents public?
No. Verification documents are only used for internal admin review and are never shown publicly.

How do customers contact me?
Customers can request callback or send enquiry from your public profile page.
Can I update lead status?
Yes. Leads can be marked as New, Viewed, Contacted, Converted, Closed, or Spam from your dashboard.
How can I contact support?
